URA Home Level-up Programme 2026–27
A safe and comfortable home environment is essential for protecting your family. Join our programme to enhance both home safety and fire safety through practical improvements and support services.

Participants may benefit from various home upgrades, such as installing window safety grilles to prevent falls, replacing faulty electrical sockets, and adding bathroom safety handles for elderly family members. To further strengthen fire safety, a fire blanket will be provided and a heat detector installed.

This year, we are also collaborating with the Community Service Partnership Scheme to offer additional support for eligible families, including tailor-made furniture and decluttering services to improve living conditions.

Visit to Mong Kok Community Living Room (CLR) 🏠✨

For families living in subdivided units, the CLR project provides a spacious, “homelike” extension of their environment. It’s a dedicated space where neighbors can study, cook, relax, and build a supportive community network.

We recently took our users for a guided introduction to the Mong Kok CLR facilities! After exploring the welcoming space—which thoughtfully includes inclusive amenities like a halal kitchen and a prayer room—participants also learned how to make traditional rice dumplings together. 🌾🍙 To top it all off, our users became official CLR members after completing their registrations.

If you want to know more about a CLR near you, please feel free to call us at 2708 2225. 📞
