During Guyana’s Independence weekend I baked pinetarts entering the Taste of Caribbean Food Festival’s bake off.

While I didn’t win, the pine tarts received great reviews and I was so proud to showcase Guyana’s cuisine in the UK.

It was a win for me. 🇬🇾

While on holiday at my in laws in Poland I have time to bake more and share the Guyanese culture.
