JUNE 2026 VISA BULLETIN
The June 2026 Visa Bulletin was released by the U.S. Department of State and is available at:
https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2026/visa-bulletin-for-june-2026.html
The Visa Bulletin provides a monthly snapshot of immigrant visa availability for approved petitions and is used to determine when cases may move forward in the visa process.
How to read the Visa Bulletin:
• Begin by identifying your family-based preference category (F1, F2A, F2B, F3, or F4). (Immediate relatives of U.S. citizens — spouses, unmarried children under 21, and parents — are not subject to visa quotas and therefore do not appear in the Visa Bulletin.)
• Chart B (Dates for Filing Family-Sponsored Visa Applications) indicates which priority dates may proceed with National Visa Center processing.
• Chart A (Final Action Dates for Family-Sponsored Preference Cases) shows which priority dates are eligible for interview scheduling, provided the case is documentarily qualified.
For guidance on how the current Visa Bulletin applies to your specific case, appointments may be scheduled through our website, www.autarimmigration.com or by contacting our office at 665 7794

Immigration law is technical. And even when everything is done right, the wait is real. But when you understand the process - and someone is managing it carefully on your end - you're not left wondering. You know where you stand.

Life can be complicated. But clarity about where you stand, and honest guidance on your options, can help you build something beautiful right where you are.

Most people think immigration is about filling out forms correctly.
It’s not.
What actually determines whether a case moves smoothly or stalls for months is everything behind the forms - the evidence, the consistency, and the way the case is prepared before it is ever submitted.
That’s where cases are won or lost.
And while some delays are outside of anyone’s control, poor preparation is one of the most common reasons cases run into problems.
If you’re preparing a case, don’t underestimate that part.

This quote stayed with me.
Because I've seen it play out in real life. People working hard, doing everything they think is right, and still going nowhere. Not because they didn't try. Because nobody helped them point the ladder at the right wall.
That's exactly why I do what I do.
