Additionally, I mentioned to her prior that I was here to get my glasses frame replaced or left shaft fixed.
Mind you it was about 12 minutes before the official opening time. She invited me into the office, on my way in the security team at the gate were very polite, they asked me if I knew where I was going and provided guidance.
Long story short, my glasses shaft was fixed in a few minutes, it did not cost me a dime and I was out of there a happy customer.
This is the type of customer experience many of us would like to see replicated consistently across all sectors in Guyana ๐ฌ๐พ
