Aura Designs is looking for a motivated and organized Admin / Project Coordinator to join our creative family.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Help plan and track exciting design projects
• Keep the office running like clockwork (scheduling, emails, documents, etc.)
• Support the team with reports, meetings, and project updates
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Make sure everything stays on time, on budget, and on track!

🌈 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field (but not limited to)
• Has at least 3 years of admin or project coordination experience
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator
• Loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment
• (Bonus!) Has a valid driver’s license
