Extra Duty Management requires a structured, integrated process. Our system connects Requisition and EDA Invoicing, both fully integrated with UKG TeleStaff, ensuring clean data flow from start to finish.

Requisition System

• Extra duty request is submitted
• Assignment details and requirements are captured
• Approvals are routed through workflow

Once approved, the request flows directly into TeleStaff for scheduling and time capture.

EDA Invoicing

• Worked hours are received from TeleStaff
• Applicable rates are applied
• Invoices are generated
• Payments are tracked

The result: Request → Scheduled & Worked → Invoice

One continuous process. No manual re-entry. No disconnected systems.
