Day 1 - Parasailing and Jet Ski 🎿

Fear of heights ✅
Can't swim ✅
Anxiety ✅

If you know me, you know I like eating 😋 and I also like the Flash and Bolt because they're speedsters 😌⚡
I made it my duty to visit Usain Bolt's Restaurant on the Hip Strip and it was amazing! Cosy and intimate environment, amazing food and the bartender makes bomb cocktails.

Definitely recommend taking a visit and be sure to take a photo at the Bolt statue which is literally made of bolts 🔩 lol very clever 😅



Day 2 - Rastasafari ATV Adventure

An exhilarating Rastasafari ATV experience through the hills and countryside. Stops at scenic spots for mineral spring swim and g***a field. Topped off with a delicious ital lunch.
My tour guide Richie was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional.
Definitely recommend when in Montego Bay.
Also be sure to try the local beer Red Stripe.

Day 3 - Ziplining and Dunn's Hike

This day was filled with adrenaline. The first rush was from doing the Zipline with 7 different lines. My first time ever! Man was that fun and scary 🤭 Also one of the lines went right over the falls and the view was amazing.

Next I hiked the Dunn's River Falls which is about 180 feet high. That was a workout but it was so worth it. The views as you go along and look back was spectacular.

The tour guides were very firm on safety for each activity. So rest assured you're in good hands.

Day 4 - 7 Miles Beach and Rick's Cafe

For a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon check out the white sandy 7 Miles Beach located in Negril, about an hour and a half away from Montego Bay. Then check out Rick's Cafe for some drinks and awesome music and entertainment while watching the sunset.

Suriname 🇸🇷 bordered by Guyana, Brazil and French Guiana and is the smallest country in South America. Culturally Suriname is considered a Caribbean country and is a member of CARICOM.

Some activities I did included Dolphin spotting in the Suriname River, City tour of Paramaribo where I saw the Presidential Palace, Fort Zeelandia, the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, the International Mall of Suriname and the Jules Wijdenbosch Bridge which gives a spectacular view of the city at night.

Some of the local cuisine I tried was Javanese fried rice and chowmein, roti and curry and of course I had to try Suriname KFC!

There was also a cute little place called where I spent a some time because I am a coffee fanatic. Definitely recommend.

The hummingbird gets its name from the sound it makes when it hovers in front of flowers to feed. The humming sound is generated by the bird's wings.

Bonaire, an island of the Netherlands and which also forms part of the ABC islands. It is best known for diving. It's capital is the port of Kralendijk. Their main languages are Dutch and Papiamento.
When visiting you will get an opportunity to see the salt mines and go flamingo spotting🦩 They also make some delicious Cadushy liqueur from cactus 🌵 which I totally recommend! 😁

Next stop on the Caribbean adventure was the breathtaking island of Curaçao 🇨🇼

Curaçao is a Dutch Caribbean island known for its beaches, coral reefs and marine life. It forms part of the ABC islands. The capital, Willemstad, has pastel-colored colonial architecture 🌆and there is the floating Queen Emma Bridge🌉. The pastel colored buildings, cobblestone walkways and the vibrant culture of the island will leave you in awe. Languages spoken on the island includes Dutch, English and Papiamento.

If you plan on visiting we recommend having a beach break at Mambo Beach🏖️, a walk across the Queen Emma Bridge 🌉 and explore Punda to see the Love Heart structures ❤️ Also, be sure to try the Blue Curacao Liqueur; it makes a great cocktail called the Curacao Cosmo🍸🌠.

Recently Flash Photography went around the Caribbean and got a glimpse of some beautiful islands.

First up is Aruba - One Happy Island 🇦🇼

Aruba is a small Dutch island in the farthest south portion of the Caribbean. Together with Bonaire and Curacao, Aruba forms a group referred to as the ABC islands. Languages spoken on the island include Dutch, English and Papiamento.
