👑✨ **CONGRATULATIONS, QUEENS! ✨👑

A heartfelt congratulations to ALL 13 incredible delegates who took the stage at the 2026 edition of Miss, Mrs. & Teen India Guyana Pageant! 🇬🇾🇮🇳

Each of you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. You showed up, you pushed yourselves beyond your comfort zones, you embraced the journey, and most importantly, you gave it your all. Every single one of you did a fantastic job! 👏🏽❤️

A very special KUDOS to our three Queens and their courts! 👑👑👑 Your hard work, dedication and perseverance have certainly paid off, and I wish you an amazing reign filled with purpose, meaningful experiences and opportunities to make your mark.

It was an absolute joy and privilege to work with these 13 remarkable women over the past few weeks. Watching you grow in confidence, refine your skills, overcome challenges and step onto that stage with greater belief in yourselves was truly rewarding.

As your coach, I hope you know that the crown is only one part of the journey. The confidence, discipline, friendships, lessons and memories you take with you will last far beyond pageant night. ✨

May this experience be the beginning of many more beautiful opportunities and successes. Continue to dream boldly, walk confidently, and remember the women you discovered yourselves to be throughout this journey.

Wishing all 13 of you ENDLESS SUCCESS in everything that lies ahead! 🌟

With love and pride,
Alicia ❤️

🏆 ICON OF EXCELLENCE IN PAGEANTRY AWARD 🏆

Still trying to find the words to express how much this recognition from Miss India Worldwide Guyana means to me. ❤️

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Miss, Mrs. & Teen India Guyana Pageant Franchise, especially Hashim Alli and Melicia Partab, for this incredibly thoughtful and unexpected surprise of the Icon of Excellence in Pageantry Award. 🫶🏽👑

To be recognized for something that has become such a meaningful part of my life is truly humbling. Thank you both for seeing, appreciating, and acknowledging the years of hard work, dedication, mentorship, and love I have poured into the pageant industry. I love and appreciate you both! 🫶🏽❤️

My pageant coaching and mentorship journey over the last 12+ years have included:
👑 55 Local Queens
🌎 4 Regional Queens
🌍 4 International Queens
🏆 6 International Runner-Up Placements
✨ Experience across 20+ pageant franchises and systems
💫 263+ delegates trained and mentored

What started as a passion for pageantry has evolved through my business Prestige Pageant Management into a platform dedicated to mentorship, confidence-building, empowerment, and helping aspiring Queens discover just how much potential they possess. Each with their own story, dreams, fears, and aspirations. And while the crowns and titles are wonderful, what matters most to me is the transformation I get to witness along the way. The young woman who finds her voice, the delegate who discovers her confidence, and the Queen who realizes that she is capable of so much more than she ever imagined. 👑✨

To every Queen I have coached, every franchise that has trusted me, every parent who entrusted their daughter to my guidance, and every person who has supported Prestige Pageant Management—THANK YOU 🙏🏾

The journey continues. The crowns may change, the stages may be different, but my commitment to building confident, empowered women remains the same 💯.

With gratitude, pride and a whole lot of love, thank you kindly.

Three Queens. One Legacy. 🇬🇾👑

Last night, history repeated itself in the most beautiful way! Our very own Shadiamond Assanah, was crowned Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant 2025 — and I couldn’t be more proud! 🌟🇬🇾💫

Watching Shadiamond shine on that stage was like watching purpose, poise, and power come to life. She embodied Guyana with every step, every word, and every smile — and now, she brings that crown home!

What makes this moment even more surreal is knowing I’ve had the incredible honour of helping shape THREE phenomenal Queens in a row — each one going on to claim this coveted Regional title. 🏆👑👑👑

It’s more than pageantry. It’s legacy. It’s culture. It’s representation.
And above all, it’s proof that when preparation meets passion, magic happens.

Let’s celebrate Queen Shadiamond! You’ve made Guyana proud — and the Caribbean shine brighter. 💛🌴🎉
