Every yoga practice is a unique journey, and finding the right style that resonates with you is key. In our classes, we practice Classical Eclectic Hatha Yoga as we combine all the different styles of yoga, offering a blend of tradition and modern insights. The style creates a beautiful opportunity that invites you to explore what we call the ABCs of yoga: Alignment, Breath, and Concentration. These fundamentals are the pillars of every movement and posture, helping you build a deeper connection between your mind, body, and breath.

Have you ever heard of DRISHTI POINTS?
The Sanskrit word DRISHTI is commonly translated as 'focused gaze'.
Drishti points are focal points used in yoga practice to direct and enhance concentration. By fixing your gaze (eyes) on specific points, such as the tip of the nose or the hands, DRISHTI helps to quiet the mind, improve balance, and deepen awareness within each posture.
