Tax, Payroll, Bookkeeping/Accounting Assistant. Looking for part-time or full-time associates with minimal experience or five or more years work-related experience is a plus.

Applicants must have customer or client service experience, must know how to listen attentively, get tasks done & follow up with clients by phone and email in a timely manner, follow instructions & take notes in order to understand the procedures and steps, can ask questions if needed to get the task done efficiently, must be a productive & well organized associate, must be a team player by helping out the team as much as possible, must communicate in a friendly and professionally manner orally and in writing, must be able to run errands with their vehicle, must be able to handle stressful situations, must be able to organize & manage work tasks & meet deadlines independently or as a group when needed, and work longer hours during deadlines & busy days, be detailed and thorough, have computer knowledge, typing skills of 35 wpm or higher, & know how to use all office equipment. Must be able to organize, sanitize, and clean the office as a team or independently on a daily basis. Additional tasks like processing returns and preparing mailings, checking inventory or purchasing supplies, running errands, filing, etc. are all part of the tasks in being part of the team.
