As Pilates Educator, the prospect of teaching instructor training courses is an exciting opportunity for me. Not only will I have the chance to share my knowledge and expertise with others, but I will also be constantly inspired by the students who are embarking on their journey to become Pilates instructors. We will share a common passion and curiosity for the practice, engaging in discussions and exchanging ideas on how to become better instructors. It is truly inspiring to see the dedication and enthusiasm of these future instructors, all of whom love Pilates just as much as I do. Together, we will continue to deepen our understanding and appreciation for this form of exercise, and I am confident that this experience will not only make me a better teacher, but also a lifelong learner. The opportunity to teach Pilates instructor training courses is one that fills me with joy and motivation, and I cannot wait to embark on this journey with my future students.

The Reformer Short Spine Massage is a versatile exercise that can be approached in two different ways.
The first approach focuses on elongating the posterior muscles group and stretching, as the feet are used as an anchor. This method is great for creating length in the spine and improving flexibility. The second approach places more emphasis on stabilizing the hip joint.
Both method utilizes the articulation of the spine to left the spin and come down, engaging the core and providing a challenge for stability. Both approaches provide unique benefits and it is recommended to try both to see which one is your favorite.
This 4 days, I learned about the power of love, the strength of community, and the importance of feeling connected. It was a reminder to myself of why I fell in love with Pilates in the first place, why I love teaching it, and why I am here. Through various Pilates classes and workshops, I witnessed the beauty of individuals coming together in a shared passion for movement and self-care. The love and support shown by the instructors and fellow students created a strong sense of community that was both uplifting and inspiring. As I connected with my body and mind through each exercise, I realized that this was more than just a workout - it was a form of self-love and care. And as I guided others through their practice, I felt a sense of purpose and fulfillment in sharing my love for Pilates with others. These past 4 days have reaffirmed my passion for Pilates and teaching, and have reminded me that being part of this community is where I truly belong.

Today marks the 8th year of this incredible journey and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all the love and support I have received along the way. When I first started out 8 years ago with just a one-year lease, I never could have imagined where this business would take me. But with your unwavering support and belief in me, I have been able to push through challenges and reach milestones that I never thought possible. I am truly blessed to have such amazing people in my life who have inspired me and believed in my journey. As we celebrate this special anniversary, I am excited to continue working harder and achieving even more in the years to come. Thank you all for being a part of this incredible journey!

It is important for everyone, not just athletes, to incorporate exercises for body rotation into their fitness routine. Many daily activities such as reaching, getting out of a car, and walking require body rotation.
By adding exercises that focus on rotation, one can improve their stability and strengthen their control, which can help prevent injuries. Building a strong and resilient core through these exercises can also improve the mobility and stability of the spine and hips. In addition to injury prevention, Pilates can also improve overall posture and balance, making it beneficial for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Participating in triathlons is more than just a hobby for me. It is my life. Even though I had been retired from professional competition, it is always holding a special place in my heart.
The Guam triathlon community has become like a family to me, where we support, cheer, and encourage one another to push our limits and achieve our goals.
I am grateful to the Guam Triathlon Federation for hosting this race and providing us with the opportunity to challenge ourselves. None of this would be possible without the dedication and hard work of all the volunteers who make these events run smoothly. I am also thankful to Hornet Sports, my longest sponsor, for their continuous support in my athletic journey.
Most importantly, I am grateful for the unwavering support and encouragement from my family, who are always there to cheer me on and celebrate my achievements. Participating in these races always brings me joy, and I am excited to continue being a part of this amazing community.
