Oversee day-to-day operations for both Cabalen Fast Food and Valencia Wholesale Retail.
💼 Responsibilities include:
• Managing staff, inventory, and scheduling
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handling payroll, vendor coordination, and reporting
• Driving business growth through strategy and leadership
📌 Requirements:
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Strong communication & organization skills
• Food or retail experience preferred
💰 Competitive salary + performance-based incentives

💵 STARTING RATES:

🍽 FOOD SERVER – $10.75/hour
• Must be friendly, efficient, and ready to serve delicious meals with a smile
• Flexible schedule preferred

🛒 STORE CASHIER – $10.50/hour
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and great with customers
• Basic math and customer service skills a must
