With SkillPath, we don't just offer digital training - we build careers. Alongside courses in AI, data analysis, and cybersecurity, the project includes practical modules focused on employability.

Our participants will receive support for:

• Strategies for job searching in the digital era
• Building a professional resume and portfolio using tools like Canva
• LinkedIn profile optimization and digital networking

🏆 Our big goal: 65% of our participants securing job interviews or employment within six months of completing the program!

Who is SkillPath built for? 🎯

The digital transformation is reshaping the labor market, but millions of adults in Europe lack the essential skills to keep pace. SkillPath is designed to bridge this gap!

Our programs are targeted at:

• Adults aged 45+ who are facing the risk of job displacement due to automation, especially in traditional sectors like agriculture, construction, and retail
• Low-skilled adults and people from rural areas who have limited access to upskilling opportunities
• NEETs (young people Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and unemployed individuals

By removing barriers to education through online platforms and free courses, SkillPath will empower over 500 participants across Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, and Italy! 🌍

In SkillPath, we believe technology should make education easier and more engaging. That is why we are creating an innovative, AI-driven digital learning platform

What makes our approach different?

• AI Personalization: The platform identifies skill gaps and delivers personalized learning pathways (e.g., explainer videos, quizzes, or visual aids)
• Gamification: Using the Octalysis framework, we are incorporating achievement badges, progress tracking, and scenario-based challenges to boost motivation
• Learning by Doing: Interactive modules include hands-on tasks like setting up a professional email signature or creating a social media campaign

We expect our gamified methods to boost learner engagement by 20% compared to traditional formats! 📈

What are micro-credentials and why are they the future of career development? 🚀

Traditional long-term education isn't always the most flexible option for working adults. That's why the SkillPath project is developing a European-recognized framework of 5 stackable micro-credentials aligned with EQF standards!

What does this mean for learners?

• Flexibility: Short, modular courses allow learners to build competencies progressively at their own pace
• Recognition: These certifications are validated by the industry and guarantee recognition across the EU
• Relevance: The training covers both foundational digital skills (like email and cybersecurity) and advanced competencies (like data analysis and AI), directly responding to labor market demands
