Η ΤΟΒΕΑ ΕΠΕ είναι μια εταιρεία που ιδρύθηκε το 2012 με δραστηριότητα στο σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή ειδικών κατασκευών που στοχεύουν στην βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής των κινητικά ανάπηρων. Πρόκειται για έναν ¨τεχνοβλαστό¨ του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και προέκυψε σαν προϊόν έρευνας που διενεργήθηκε από το ΕΡΓΑΣΤΗΡΙΟ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΑΝΕΠΙΣΤΗΜΙΟΥ ΠΑΤΡΩΝ το έτος 2009.
