Putting an headset on someone is not an experience.
We’ve had clients come to us wanting XR simply because it felt exciting, innovative, or “the thing to do".
"We want XR". "We have to do XR". "XR is the only way". But when we asked what they actually wanted people to feel, understand, or remember, they didn’t have a clear answer. 🤷♂️ And that’s the important part.
The XR headset itself isn’t the experience. It’s the medium. A window into another world. 🪟 And the real challenge isn’t finding the window. It’s creating the view.

We start with the audience, the objective, and the emotion behind the experience, and depending these, we select the right tool for the job., we shape it in a way that maximises engagement, immersion, and impact. Because immersive technology means nothing without meaningful experiences behind it.

We were recently asked a simple question: “Should we use VR or AR to attract people to our booth?” 🤔
That's the wrong place to start. Never let the technology dictate the engagement - don't worry, we'll explain.
☝ First, a quick clarification: VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) both fall under the broader (eXtended Reality) umbrella, but they solve very different problems.
