✨ The project RISE has come to an end.

From the kick-off meeting in Athens to the final one in Barcelona, RISE brought together learning, movement, connection, and well-being through a series of psychoeducational and outdoor activities.

• 12 psychoeducational / psychodrama sessions 🧠

• 10 outdoor activities:
– 2 outdoor yoga sessions 🧘🏼‍♀️
– 3 guided hikes 🥾
– 3 outdoor climbing sessions 🧗‍♂️
– 2 outdoor Tai Chi sessions 🪷

Together, we spent hours exploring, regulating, reconnecting with nature, ourselves, and our breath, connecting with each other, and developing new skills — all with one purpose: supporting our mental well-being.

This is not the end.
