Ηλεκτρονική Ταυτότητα Κτηρίου:

Η Ηλεκτρονική Ταυτότητα Κτηρίου αφορά όλα τα κτήρια της ελληνικής επικράτειας.

Είναι απαραίτητη η απόκτηση ηλεκτρονικής ταυτότητας κτηρίου κατά την στιγμή μεταβίβασης ενός ακινήτου δεδομένου ότι η σχετική δήλωση θα προσαρτάται υποχρεωτικά στο συμβόλαιο.

Η Ηλεκτρονική Ταυτότητα Κτηρίου θα είναι το τελευταίο βήμα της οριστικής τακτοποίησης των αυθαίρετων κτισμάτων τα οποία έχουν ενταχθεί στους σχετικούς νόμους. Μόνο με την απόκτησή της η τακτοποίηση θα θεωρείται ολοκληρωμένη.

Το γραφείο μας αναλαμβάνει την πλήρη σύνταξη του φακέλου της Ηλεκτρονικής Ταυτότητας Κτηρίου.
