This March, Phoenix Athens is delighted to be a part of Fluid boundaries.
The conceptual framework of Fluid Boundaries, positions water as its central axis, a carrier of memory and transition that traverses the planet and human histories. Water appears as a substance in perpetual transformation, tracing its course through subterranean strata, atmospheres, glaciers and distribution systems. It never remains still. It is the foundation of life, yet also an index of loss in its absence.
Each gallery participates with artists whose practices respond to a common conceptual axis, allowing the exhibition to grow organically within an Athenian neighbourhood and to shape an expanded experience that situates Exarchia as a locus of production, dialogue and intellectual movement.
Participating at Phoenix Athens:
Jordan Cantwell, Konstantinos Giannoussis, Raphaël Gallego, Jennifer Harding, Sophie Savagnier, Noah Spivak, Dimitri Yin
