AstroLab offers hands-on and classes focused on education to people from vulnerable groups or minors. Our first workshop is “Bicycle of Light”, an interactive course that aims to reinforce and , through hands-on and theoretical learning.

Innovation can help in the pandemic
As Greece is witnessing a pressing medical supplies gap, we are working non-stop to mass-produce 50.000 face-shields by the end of April. Using innovative design methods and digital tools from the Digital Fabrication Lab, we utilize manufacturing techniques and we are producing more than 5.000 units per day, reaching the goal of 50.000 face-shields in less than 10 days. Funded by TIMA Charitable Foundation, all face-shields will be offered for free to the Greek Ministry of Health and will be distributed to hospitals and clinics across Greece.
