Mavili House is on OneMan

Λιθόκτιστη κατοικία στο Ψυχικό ανακαινίστηκε χωρίς να χάσει τον χαρακτήρα της Με σεβασμό στην παραδοσιακή δομή, οι σύγχρονες επεμβάσεις φέρνουν νέες δυνατότητες και φως σε μια κατοικία γεμάτη χαρακτήρα.

Koundouros Mansion | Restoration of a 19th century residence | Hydra Island

Built in the era of naval prosperity of Hydra Island, the Koundouros Mansion sits on the upper hills of the Hydra port. The 530 sqm, 4-storey building, is privileged with unobstructed views to the old town of Hydra and the sea.
The restoration strategy was to reinstate the building to its original glory days without highlighting the new added design features. All the historical building details are being preserved while in the background, contemporary structural techniques, bring the building to the 21st century.

We are thrilled to share that Seneka Logistics has received the first prize in the category “Best Completed Work” at the Greek Architecture Awards 2025 organized by DOMa.archi. We are honored to compete among other projects of such high quality and diversity. Many thanks to everyone involved throughout all the stages of this special project!
