Καλλιτεχνική επιμέλεια και σχεδιασμός για το βιβλίο «37 Ιστορίες από τις Αθηναϊκές Πολυκατοικίες», μια έκδοση που εξερευνά την ιστορία και τον αντίκτυπο των εμβληματικών πολυκατοικιών της Αθήνας. Μέσα από αφηγήσεις, μνήμες, προσωπικά βιώματα, φωτογραφίες, διαγράμματα, οικοδομικούς κανονισμούς, συμβόλαια και κανονισμούς λειτουργίας, αναδεικνύονται ιστορίες ανθρώπων και κτιρίων. Ταυτόχρονα, αποτυπώνονται και χαρτογραφούνται σύνθετες διαδικασίες που λαμβάνουν χώρα τόσο στο επίπεδο της γειτονιάς όσο και συνολικά στην αθηναϊκή κοινωνία.

Through narrations, photographs, and personal recollections, it captures the stories of people and buildings, mapping the evolution of Athenian society and urban life.

The publication «Winter, as if it were» is a photographic album by the Phototonisos group, which began its operation in 2014 in the village of Kontakaiiko, Samos. It was the first ever photography initiative to operate in a Greek village.

The group focuses on the sense of isolation experienced by the islanders living in the insular hinterland of Greece, far from the decision-making centers that shape their lives. An imaginary cycle of daily life, where time expands and contracts through a series of moments, each image leaving a trace on the next, like a conversation between past and present.

Η έκδοση «Χειμώνας ή σαν να ήταν» αποτελεί ένα φωτογραφικό λεύκωμα της ομάδας Φωτονήσου η οποία ξεκίνησε τη λειτουργία της το 2014 στο χωριό των Κοντακαίικων της Σάμου και αποτέλεσε την πρώτη φωτογραφική ομάδα που δραστηριοποιήθηκε σε χωριό της Ελλάδας.

Η ομάδα, μέσα από τη συγκεκριμένη έκδοση, προσπαθεί να αποτυπώσει το αίσθημα της απομόνωσης που νιώθουν οι κάτοικοι του νησιού, ζώντας στη νησιωτική εσχατιά της Ελλάδας, μακριά από τα κέντρα λήψης των αποφάσεων που καθορίζουν τη ζωή τους. Ένας νοητός κύκλος καθημερινής ζωής που η αίσθηση του χρόνου διαστέλλεται και συστέλλεται μέσα στις διαφορετικές στιγμές, ενώ παράλληλα κάθε εικόνα αφήνει το ίχνος της στην επόμενη σαν μια συνομιλία μεταξύ παρελθόντος και παρόντος.

We had the pleasure to work closely w/ Aris Stathis () for the artwork and design of the long awaited full-length album ‘Emerald’, by Kostadis (.michail), released by Agios Anthropos, Orila () and Untitled-1 ().

What an amazing journey that was and a great way to sign off 2022, together with some very talented and kind people from Athens. Thank you so much Kostadi, Ari and Yiannis!
