Urbanistas celebrates 5 years of partnership and growth in hospitality!
Our journey began with a shared vision: to redefine the operation of hotel projects and to expand our reach into diverse client portfolios and different investment areas.

The company delivers integrated, end-to-end approach tailored for hospitality and -recently- residential projects.
Our goal is to launch projects across Greece’s key destinations, covering every stage —from market analysis and concept design, to architecture, construction, branding, and operations management.

In 5 years, Urbanistas has delivered and currently operates 8 buildings in multiple areas, with 5 more underway in central/north Athens and Greek islands.
The project track record includes close collaboration with MAMAproject on A-to-Z hotel ex*****on, focused on guest experience.
This growth wouldn’t be possible without the trust and support from our valued partners & clients, our team that is walking the extra mile, and our commitment to strong family values that brought us together at the start.

1. Architect 👩🏽‍💻
• 5+years of experience
• Εxcellent use of design software [Archicad, Autocad, SketchUp, Lumion/Twinmotion]
• Experienced in detailed design & construction documentation
• Good knowledge of the regulation (GOK, NOK)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Stay current with industry trends
• Excellent aesthetic sense

2. Junior Civil Engineer [on site] 👷🏾‍♂️
• 2+years of experience
• Daily support on hotel & residential construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of TEE system
• Good knowledge of design software
• Enthusiasm and teamwork skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
