One intensive workshop combining dynamics and creative combinations in the air.
We will work on:
• dynamic swings, regrips & small transitions
• unusual entries and creative combos
• connecting tricks into logical, flowing sequences
• body awareness & control in movement
This workshop is for you if you want to:
✔ move more fluidly in the air
✔ generate power from your body,
✔ play with dynamics safe and controlled
✔ connect tricks into meaningful sequences
