With immense gratitude and deep emotion, the 1st CBD Advanced Retreat on the beautiful island of Halki has come to an end. Halki, rightly designated by UNESCO as the Island of Peace and Friendship, became the setting for something truly magical.

People who had never met before, united only by their love for CBD, became a family in just five days. It felt as though we had known each other for years.

I don't think any of us expected such a profound connection to develop so quickly. Familiarity, acceptance, and trust emerged naturally and effortlessly—no defenses, only support, laughter, heartfelt moments, hugs, and countless memories that will stay with us forever.

And somehow, almost without realizing it, we spontaneously made a promise: to reunite next summer.

Don Quixote is no longer alone. He now travels alongside these brave companions who believed in him and followed him all the way to the edge of the map, to chase windmills together and prove that sometimes the craziest dreams are exactly the ones worth pursuing.

Halki will keep a piece of our hearts, and we will carry a piece of hers wherever we go.
