🎻 It features four strings of different pitch each and its musical range includes 44 chromatic notes.

We can not actually remember how many of those we used, yet we can confirm and reassure you that all those notes sound wonderful!

Violin recordings for our next album and we have nothing less of a heartfelt and sincere thank you to give to Mr. Nikolas Karaolanis who entered ICAVE Studio and recorded with a magnificent instrument, built in 1713.

This one and many more are going to be inside our next brainchild's characteristics, which is just around the corner. Stay tuned, we have a whole lot more to share.

The return...

Ένα βλέμμα. Από τον έναν στον άλλο. Παίζεις και κοιτάς γύρω σου στη σκηνή. Επικοινωνείς με τους μουσικούς συντρόφους σου. Και χαμογελάς! Και χαμογελούν και εκείνοι σε σένα. Ο κόσμος από κάτω διασκεδάζει, λες και ξεκινήσατε πριν δέκα λεπτά. Και έχουν περάσει κοντά δυο ώρες! Μόνο καλά λόγια έχεις να πεις γι’ αυτό το live.

Θα θέλαμε, μέσα από την καρδιά μας, να ευχαριστήσουμε το Frida στην Πάτρα, για τη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε τη διεύθυνση, τους ηχολήπτες/φωτιστές και όλο το προσωπικό, που στάθηκαν κοντά μας από το πρώτο μέχρι το τελευταίο λεπτό. Πολλές ευχαριστίες στους Ephemeral Echoes και τους As I Fall - The Band, που έπαιξαν παρέα μας. Και το πιο μεγάλο ευχαριστώ απ’ όλα… Φυσικά, σε όσες και όσους ήλθαν και έκατσαν ως το τέλος και έκαναν πιο πολλή φασαρία κι από μας! Αγκαλιάσαμε τα καλά σας λόγια, αγκαλιάσαμε και σας τους ίδιους και υποσχόμαστε να επιστρέψουμε. Να είστε πάντα καλά, Shine On The Ivories!

Just one look. Which equals a truckload of an amazing feeling. Being able and look and being able to smile at your music partners, whilst playing, whilst being on stage. And see them smile right back at you… The crowd is having a blast and it sounds like we started playing ten minutes ago. Only… we did not. It has been almost two hours! Now, that is one live appearance you can only say good things about.

Heartfelt thanks to Frida in the magical city of Patra, Greece. We would like to thank the administration, the technical team and the entire staff, for being there for us since minute one. Many thanks to Ephemeral Echoes and As I Fall, who shared the stage with us. And the biggest thanks for them all… To all of you, the ones who came and truly embraced our music and ourselves. We truly wish to come back and play once again for you. Take care, Shine On The Ivories!

@κορυφαίοι θαυμαστές

Εδώ και μερικές ώρες ο John Michael Osbourne δεν βρίσκεται πια ανάμεσά μας.

Οι ILLUSORY αποχαιρετούν, πέρα από μία Μεγάλη επιρροή, τον πατέρα, τον σύζυγο, τον καλλιτέχνη, τον άνθρωπο και εκφράζουν όλο τον σεβασμό τους και τον θαυμασμό τους για ένα πλάσμα που, πάνω απ’ όλα και πέρα απ’ όλα, του άρεσε να βρίσκεται πάνω στη σκηνή και να κάνει τον κόσμο από κάτω να περνάει καλά. Και το έκανε μέχρι το τέλος.
Τα τραγούδια και εκείνη η μοναδική χροιά, δεν θα ξεχαστούν ποτέ, Ozzy!

John Michael Osbourne is not amongst us anymore.

ILLUSORY bid farewell to the father, the husband, the artist, the man and a great and true influence and inspiration; we say goodbye and show our immense respect and admiration to a very special human being, who, far and foremost, chose and liked to be onstage, performing, giving their crowd numerous reasons to have a good time. And he did so, till the end. Those songs and that unique voice colour will never be forgotten, Ozzy!

You will never be forgotten, Prince of light!

Δεν μπήκε καλά αυτός ο μήνας. Δεν ξηγήθηκε τίμια ο Ιούλιος. Πήρε από κοντά μας έναν άνθρωπο καλό και τίμιο, δυναμικό και δραστήριο.

Ο Δημήτρης Παπανδρέου δεν έπρεπε να φύγει τόσο νωρίς. Η είδηση μας γέμισε λύπη και οδύνη. Η οικογένεια των ILLUSORY υποβάλλει τα πιο θερμά της συλλυπητήρια στην οικογένεια και τους φίλους του εκλιπόντος. Να είναι ελαφρύ το χώμα που θα τον σκεπάσει. Και να ανταμώσει με τη Μάγια του, εκεί στο φως.
