Toorbee is a travel and tourism international company with offices in Greece and abroad offering a wide range of services through its on-line B2B transaction system. Toorbee intends to fully develop it to accommodate its multiple business locations. This transaction system is able to create and process bookings, manage the company’s offerings and inventory/trade flow as well as multilocation requests; new requirements lead to further development, though.

Responsibilities:
• Work with a team of developers and contractors to further develop this web based system
• Development products should run without flaws on major browsers, tablets and smartphones.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of proven working experience programming web platforms, services, sites web applications and mobile applications
• Proven experience in Angular/Typescript
• Good knowledge of one or all of:
• HTML(5)/CSS(3), SCSS, JavaScript(ES6), Typescript
• Javascript Libraries/Frameworks (like jQuery, Angular, React or similar)
• APIs, JSON/XML, REST/SOAP
• PrimeNG, Material, Bootstrap
• GIT (or similar)

Qualification:
• Preferred graduates in computer science, computer engineering and management information system majors with knowledge and skill of developing a web platform
• Post-graduate degrees are not required but they will be considered a plus
• Self-discipline in order to finish work on a timely basis

• Work together with company staff to develop business transaction module and flow.
• Work as a team to develop this web based transaction system.
• Work together with our team to run this website on the development side.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of modern programming practices in Java (Functional programming, Streams, Lamdas) is a must
• Use of testing libraries like Junit and TDD approach during development is necessary
• Hands on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and WildFly application server
• Knowledge of JavaEE and JAX-WS/RS, and XML/JSON
• Additional knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

Qualification:

• Preferred graduates in computer science, computer engineering and management information system majors with knowledge and skill of developing a website
• Good communication skill and willingness to work together with other people.
• Self-discipline in order to finish work on a timely basis

Compensation:

• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
• Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek & English), including facilitation of group presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
• Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
• Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
