I took a plane, drove a car, walked on icy roads, rode an Extreme Conditions Vehicle, and walked again.
I am way beyond the Arctic Polar Circle.
It looks like I am walking on the moon.
It trully feels like I am in another world.
One of the most amazing adventure I experienced so far.
And if you know me, you know I had quite a few already. 🙏
From the Everest Base camp to remote islands beyond Tierra de Fuego, close to Cap Horn and Antartica.
Life is a journey.
Before I used to explore the world alone.
Now I am so happy I can share such adventures with my kids.
Building core memories.
Building open minded, resilient little human beings.
I feel so grateful.

Je n’ai pas toujours envie d’aller faire mon sport. Quelques fois j’ai envie de traîner au lit. Surtout quand il pleut dehors, ou quand il y a quelque chose de sympa à la télé. Pas toujours facile de rester motivée. Mais quand je vois des résultats, quand je vois que les efforts paient, ça me donne le sourire, ça me donne le courage, ça me donne la motivation pour les jours où je ne l’aurai pas. Consistency is a key. Meme quand on ne le voit pas. Alors pour les jours où vous avez la flemme, que ce soit pour le sport vos projets ou vos engagements, don’t give up et Keep it up les amis ! 💪🫶
