Coastal Electronauts’ fourth annual International Drone Day concert, expanded into a mini-festival dedicated to experimental electronic music.
Kentronica brings together a diverse lineup of local and international artists exploring the fringes of sound. From deep ambient drones and modular synthesis to glitchy beats and cinematic textures, this is a day for sonic adventurers and curious listeners alike.
Expect a day of performances, live hardware sets, collaborative drone pieces, film, live visuals, workshops and theatre —all curated to celebrate innovation, atmosphere, and community in electronic music.

FROM THE EDGE
I’m really happy to share that a new collaborative album, From The Edge, is arriving this week via Clay Pipe Music. It’s created with my dear friend, composer and musician Richard Bundy and is inspired by the landscape, history, and coastal acoustics of Dover.
The long form project has taken on many shapes including a film, concerts, interviews and architectural explorations, and this week we’re celebrating the musical response!
The record features contributions from Andy Treacey (Faithless), the Sacconi Quartet, Yves Fernandez (Loyle Carner, Leanne Le Havas) , DJ Tigerstyle, former Royal Marines brass players, and a community choir - and a huge number of artists and architects living in the Dover area.
Recorded in extraordinary locked and historic spaces around the town.
We’ll be marking the release with a listening party tomorrow (Tuesday 5th) at 8pm UK time. If you’d like to join us, you’re very welcome:
