Τατάρ σαρδέλας με λεμόνι, κάπαρη, σχοινόπρασο, μαϊντανό, ντοματίνια και πάπρικα καυτερή.
Σερβίρεται με pissaladière, ένα κλασικό πιάτο της νότιας Γαλλίας.

Throwback to a heartwarming event at the Children's Museum with Mama-Roux Catering!
Last year, we had the honor of cooking for the presentation of "Tales from home", a book of stories for kids from Iran, Afghanistan,...
with my friend Nadia Al-Fouderi, who brought the flavors of Iran to our buffet.

Nadia shared her culture's culinary treasures and her grandmother’s recipes with : Chicken Fesenjan, Shirazi salad, Aubergine salad with kachk, Kebabs, Stuffed vine leaves with pomegranate molasses... a true taste of Iran!
