As part of my undergoing project "Nekt Exploring Consciousness", I came across "The Power of Now" (audiobook version), an inspiring and transformative teaching!

Through a question-and-answer format, Eckhart Tolle points to a path of consciousness, discusses being, the workings and effects of the egoic mind, the pain body, the eternal and ever-present One Life.

There is a lot of skepticism concerning self-improvement books, especially since most of them lack true essence. I think "The Power of Now" stands out and has genuine spiritual/psychological value. It definitely moved me!
