We were asked during our panel discussion: what happens if a client invests in one of our units and the property is not rented after delivery?
Our answer is simple: transparency and accountability.
We ask our clients to give us reasonable time after delivery to secure a tenant. If the unit is not rented, we step in, rent it ourselves temporarily, and then replace ourselves once we find the right tenant.
This puts pressure on us to deliver on our promise: not only to develop and deliver the property, but to make sure it performs for our clients.

It was a pleasure for Greca Developments to participate in Investpro Egypt Cairo 2026, held at the InterContinental Cairo Semiramis on 5 May 2026.
