"guardian" is a doorstop that also doubles as a book stopper. The design pays tribute to the ones who once guarded gates. It comes in 3 variations.

thrinos by trepan for it's all souvenir to me volume 3@ Benaki Museum Shop

Thrinos bags are inspired by the representation of mourners on the Attic amphora of the Late Geometric period exhibited at the Benaki Museum. Their joined hands are converted into the handles of a bag. In result, the mourners’ figures seem hanging from the female shoulder.
