The EISA Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated developer who focuses on delivering quality work, and commits to high levels of service. We expect that the candidate can demonstrate interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and work efficiently and effectively in a team. The candidate must know his tools and have solid experience in most of the requirements.
Comprehension of shipping business and shipping terms is a great plus, as his daily duties will include analysis, design and implementation of business needs.
Employment Type
Full-time employment.
Knowledge/Skills Required
• 3+ years of experience in Java, Javascript, SQL, Git
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
• Good understanding of web architecture.
• Deep understanding of core software engineering principles and practices such as OOP Design
• Strong Knowledge of database systems (relational, document-based)
• Experience with Spring frameworks (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English is a must)
Desired Knowledge/Skills
• Experience in designing/developing microservices
• Experience with ReactJS/Redux and familiarity with API
• Experience/Interest in mobile native applications
• Experience/Interest CI/CD and automation platforms like Jenkins

• Solid Understanding of Network Security (Firewalls)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English is a must)

EISA team physically attends ships at the ports of Agioi Theodoroi, Aspropyrgos, Eleusis, Lavrion, Pachi-Megara, Perama, Piraeus, Skaramanga, Thessaloniki. All other Greek ports are covered in co-operation with subagents.
