𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Technical and administrative management of a portfolio of EU funded projects
- Supervision and leading of a team of engineers working on the projects under his/her management
- Technical guidance and decision making on the technical aspects of the projects under his/her supervision
- Act as project Coordinator on behalf of the project consortium in the cases that HYDRUS is undertaking this role
- Involvement in the proposal development stage of new potential projects

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Strong academic background attested by a M.Eng/M.Sc Degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Demonstrated professional experience of total 8+ years in the Maritime, Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
- Demonstrated professional experience of 2+ years in Project Management / Technical Lead roles within EU-funded projects in the aforementioned fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams, effectively represent the organization, and foster a high-performance culture.

- Experience with the use and implementation of Project Management tools and approaches

- Demonstrated participation in Workshops, Conferences or other broad audience events as a speaker/presenter
- Recommendation Letter from previous employers in relevant activities
- PMI or other relevant Project Management certification will be considered as an asset

Under this contract, HYDRUS Engineering S.A. will undertake the full range of required naval architecture, electrical and mechanical engineering studies related to the removal of legacy systems and the reception and installation of new combat systems.

This contract further reinforces HYDRUS Engineering S.A.’s role as a trusted engineering partner in complex naval upgrade programs, combining deep naval architecture expertise with multidisciplinary platform engineering capabilities.

• High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
