🌟Healing Journey🌟

🌿Stories about healing past trauma are overflowing popular social media apps. While hearing someone else's journey might be inspiring, it is important to remember that everyone has a different path. 🌿

🌼I summarized key concepts of healing into four easy-to-remember tips for when you are falling into old patterns of emotional behavior. 🌼

🌱Remember that healing is as personal as your experiences are. General tips might help, but it is all about finding what suits you best. If you wish to embark on a personalized healing journey and overcome past or current adversity, consult a licensed therapist. 🌱

🔎 Is it Stress or is it Burnout?
While stress is a reaction to a specific circumstance, burnout is a state of continuous stress-related emotional, mental, and even bodily weariness.

📖There are a number of factors that predict burnout.
1️⃣ Social, e.g. Lack of support
2️⃣ Personal, e.g. Perfectionism
3️⃣Environmental: e.g. Being in a high-stress environment.

🤔What can I do?
While it is hard for anyone to completely regulate societal and environmental expectations, it has been demonstrated that the risk of burnout can be decreased by working with a psychotherapist to improve coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

✨ Understanding Boundaries

Boundaries are more than just invisible lines; they're the foundation of healthy relationships and self-respect. They are used to protect our physical, emotional, and mental space. They define what is and is not acceptable, ensuring our well-being. ✨

👉 Why Set Boundaries?

💑Improve your relationships by fostering open communication, deeper connections, and healthier dynamics.
🌟Boost your self-esteem by giving you the confidence to stand up for yourself.

🔑 Quick Tips

🗨️Communicate clearly. Use "I" statements and maintain a calm and respectful tone.

❌Be assertive. You can communicate explicitly in both direct and indirect ways. The point is to make the boundary known to others. Sometimes, it might be in the form of a conversation. Other times, it could be just saying "No".

❤️ Setting boundaries is an act of self-love. Do you agree?
