📌Save the dates!📌 20-22/3 Klara and Cam are coming from Berlin straight to Athens, for a weekend of Balboa fun! 🎉

✨Connection, connection, connection! This is the common thread that informs so much of Klara and Cam’s partnership. They love to be able to communicate all things in the dance together, including large bal swing figures down to the most minute, subtle pure bal details. They combine their charisma with deep balboa knowledge to create smooth technical dancing while also allowing their individual charm to shine through.

👱🏻‍♀️Klara’s life has always revolved around music - playing instruments, singing and dancing. After years of exploring different dance styles, she discovered swing and for the last 5 years balboa has been her true passion.

🧔🏻‍♂️Cam draws on 6 years of swing dance experience, 15 years of competitive sport experience and 10 years of dance and non-dance related teaching experience to inform his methodology in his classes. He knows how to actively engage in the learning and improvement process and cultivate these skills for his students.

💃Festival alert! Alexandra is overly excited to be invited to teach alongside Borislav, in the Belgrade Swingin' Exchange 2024 💛🩵 See you there!!

The BSX team is truly happy to welcome back Borislav with a beautiful new partner from Athens, Greece:

🎶 Borislav Enchev & Alexandra Philippou are the respective scene leaders of Balboa in Bulgaria and Greece, along with their regular dance partners. With a dream of bringing the style to great popularity across the Balkan region, they are coming to Belgrade Swing Exchange to instill some Balboa love in yet another Balkan country! 🇬🇷💃

Alexandra has been dancing Lindy Hop since 2010 and has also explored the world of solo jazz, chorus line performing, rhythm tap, and blues. Balboa, however, stole her heart, and since 2019 she has been a devoted Balboa preacher in Athens, leading the scene there. ❤️🌟

Borislav’s journey in the world of swing dancing began in 2012 and took him through a wide variety of styles including Lindy Hop, solo jazz, blues, and collegiate s**g. Eventually, in 2017, he fell for Balboa dancing and the unique sensations it brings. His desire to explore deeper and spread his passion for Balboa led to the creation of a Balboa community in Sofia, which is now evolving and steadily growing. 🕺✨
