Κάτι πολύ ενδιαφέρον για το φόβο. Ο φόβος -συχνά αδιαπέραστος φραγμός- ριζώνει βαθιά μέσα μας: στο σώμα, στο ασυνείδητο, στην ιστορία μας. Τα παραδοσιακά μοντέλα είτε τον αντιμετωπίζουν ως εχθρό που πρέπει να νικηθεί, είτε τον αγνοούν και προσπαθούν να τον κουκουλώσουν, χάνοντας τη μεταμορφωτική του δυνατότητα. Έτσι, μας κρατά καθηλωμένους ή διαποτίζει τις ενέργειές μας και σαμποτάρει τις ανάγκες και τις επιθυμίες μας.

Μας μπλοκάρει στις αποφάσεις, στις συνεργασίες, στις επενδύσεις σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο και -φυσικά- όχι μόνο εκεί. Το έχουμε δει σε πελάτες μας, σε συνεργάτες μας, σε δομές και συστήματα.

Μπορεί αυτό να αλλάξει; Ναι, χωρίς "ελαφρά motivational" ή ενοχικά "μην φοβάσαι". Δεν γίνεται έτσι.

Υπάρχει μία ευκαιρία. Να κάνεις τους Φόβους σου… Ιστορία!

Αποφασίσαμε να δημιουργήσουμε ένα προσιτό 8ωρο βιωματικό workshop, (live και όχι online αρχικά). Μέσα από το συνδυασμό πραγματικού σοβαρού coaching και τεχνικών δραματοθεραπείας (αυτοσχεδιασμός, αφήγηση ιστοριών, θεατρικά παιχνίδια και Playback Theatre), θα βιώσεις με ασφάλεια τη διαδικασία της εσωτερικής μεταμόρφωσης.

Θα δουλέψουμε μαζί σε όλα τα επίπεδα: Νοητικό, Συναισθηματικό, Κινητικό (της δράσης) γιατί σε όλα αυτά εδράζεται ο φόβος.

Θα έρθεις με τους φόβους σου σε ένα ασφαλές περιβάλλον και θα περάσεις από μια βαθιά -με ενσυναίσθηση- διαδικασία, ώστε να φύγεις με πρακτικά “εργαλεία” που θα σε έχουμε βοηθήσει να ανακαλύψεις και να εφαρμόσεις, με αυξημένη αυτοπεποίθηση, συναισθηματική ευελιξία, σαφήνεια στόχων και τη δημιουργική ενέργεια να κυνηγήσεις αυτό που θες.
