The Cabana House
Avlemonas, Kythira

The most important feature of this simple village house is its position at 5 meters from the water. Its reconstruction reclaimed the most important features of the building, such as the fantastic kitchen floor and the oven, while adjusting the house to the requirements of the new owners. Furthermore, a large pergola was created, in order to activate the wonderful view and to create an exterior counterpart to the limited interior living areas.

Three-bedroom Farmhouse
Aroniadika, Kythira

This small rural complex was reconstructed as a three-bedroom house. The works have focused on maintaining the characteristics and features of the original buildings, while a large exterior sitting area was created as a link between the once scattered buildings.

Single Space Summer House

This house reconstruction was meant to update the building’s characteristics to the current owner’s needs, while retaining and promoting the special construction features of the house.
