What an impactful day at We.Test Athens! As Gold Sponsors, our team was ready to dive deep into the evolving landscape of QA and UX in Greece.

Our very own Petros Ntourmas joined a candid panel discussion on “The Real State of QA & UX in Greece.” Moving past the AI hype, the session tackled the hard truths: hiring trends, the skills companies actually want, and how to spot misleading job postings in a shifting market.

But practicality is always important! In collaboration with WE LEAD, our Tech Recruitment Consultants Maria Kentrou and Nicoletta Lamprinidou co-hosted an interactive workshop. While Eleni Aktypi from WE LEAD focused on LinkedIn mastery, our team provided the recruiter’s lens on building portfolios and CVs that stand out in a competitive crowd.

Beyond the sessions, the energy at our booth was electric! It was inspiring to meet so many passionate professionals, exchange ideas, and discuss the future of the Greek tech ecosystem.🚀

By integrating Code.meUP - a coding, digital and AI skills program for Kids & Teens delivered by Code.Hub - into its parental benefits, Kaizen Gaming creates meaningful value beyond the workplace - equipping young minds with future-ready skills.

Over a 5-month journey, young “Kaizeners”, from 6-year-old Explorers to 15-year-old teenage Innovators, completed 30 hours of hands-on learning across:

🔸 The Power of AI: Learning to create responsibly with Generative AI

Our Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Vassilios Velkos, Nikolaos Vasilopoulos, IT Core Banking Services Director at Alpha Bank and Vasilis Tsivourakis, Software Development Director at Allwyn had the opportunity to take the stage at the Panorama of Entrepreneurship for a deep-dive session into the evolving requirements of the tech industry.

The discussion focused on the precise mix of languages, frameworks, and soft skills that leading organizations now prioritize. This dialogue made one thing clear: technical proficiency is only half the story, as adaptability and communication are what drive long-term value in complex environments.

Translating these high-level market requirements into actionable growth is what defines our role in the tech ecosystem, setting the benchmark for how talent is developed and deployed to meet the demands of the enterprise.

Last week we had our very first training session as Code.Hub BC, and it already felt like the beginning of something special.

Watching everyone show up with that level of intensity and purpose really set the standard for our season. We’re in the early stages, but the chemistry and mindset we saw today are exactly what will define this team.
