New Years resolution....less time on the Internet

Guess this was the last race of the year and it was a banger! Started out with rain and hail and ended with 2nd Overall 🥈 Glad mom, sis and good friend were there to encourage and witness ♥ Kudos to my sister who's into bodybuilding and hates cardio! She ran the 10K event and then turned around and did the Family Run the next day 💪 Can we talk her into a other one for next year??? 😂 And to mom who ran the family run as well.
Thanks coach for the creativity and keen insight on my specific...can we say "special" needs! And thank you to and volunteers for making this special day happen.

Best way to spend Oxi Day 🇬🇷 Got a PB on the Epic (finally) and 7th overall! I am super stoked about this! Maybe if I didn’t run 29K the day before I would have done better, but who cares! Regardless, I just love this race mainly because I love the organisers! In my opinion they’re just solid gold in my eyes 💛! Thank you so much guys and thanks to the volunteers, especially the Goji Berries 💜See, I was a bit faster this time so couldn’t stop and chat as I normally do 😀 And the absolutely wonderful handmade medals from This one and my 1st one from 2015 (OMG 10 years of Epic-ness for me!) will be my favourites 🐢 💚

Swapped out summer holidays and ice cold beers on the beach for vomiting 🤮 on the track! Seen God out there a few times too☠️ Gonna make me appreciate my slow mountain ultras a lot more!

Celebrating 10 years of ultra running in Greece (with the best people). 10 years ago it all started with Zagori’s TERRA which was truly a monster in the mountain for me back when it was 80K and 5500m+! Even though the race has been shortened for safety reasons it has still been a race I have yet to conquer or complete to my liking and true ability. But I am very proud to say that I’ve always been able to finish (thank God)!

Big thanks (again) to the RD, medical team, volunteers and this amazing mountain running community for the most excellent weekend ♥️

Two years ago I crewed on her qualifier Olympian Race 180kms Now we crew Super Mario! Will I ever be an Olympian? I don't know, but I'm certainly happy to stay up over 24 hours trying to feed and hydrate these crazy athletes who I will always come running to tie (and untie) their shoes! Let's do it one more time !!!!! 👟 👟 🏃
