My work, Rhymes, 2026 is an revealing relationships between images and objects, that I have found or made myself. It uncovers aspects of what goes into my , my inspirations, doubts, thoughts about what’s going on around me and connects the personal with wider political and social realities. .

Coming back to the studio , looking at what I left behind, what still resonates, what to let go for now. I find I want to work in smaller scales, at least for a period. I’ve seen so many things. A lot of amazing art. I am considering social and political issues that need to be addressed but are largely absent from what i saw, with a few notable exceptions. It will take time and attention to process all that I worked on and saw. This is one of the paintings hanging on my studio wall from before I left. Motherhood according to K.P. 2026.
