Life update: Yesterday we officially found out that my husband will be laid off from his job due to the economical affects of COVID-19. It’s hard to believe all these months later that businesses are still closing & jobs are being lost...
While we were told months ago that this was a possibility, it’s been different finding out that it is actually happening. We’ve been preparing as much as we can, but truthfully, we have no idea what this next chapter holds for us.
We may not know, but we fully trust that God has a plan. I’m asking you all to keep us in your prayers over these next few months. It’s going to be a bit of a crazy time, but I am so thankful to have this community by my side through it all ♥️

Someone please take me back to my tiny, squishy, fuzzy-haired 6 day old babe 😭🤍

Also, has anyone else been in their pjs all day? 🙋🏻‍♀️ In my defense, it’s been raining all day here 😂 but a lot of behind the scenes work is still happening so I got that going for me! Happy weekend, friends!

We did our first official DIY project! We refurbished this antique bench & well, I’m in love! 😍
The bench has been at my grandparents farm for yearsssss, but was in desperate need for a little glow up.
We’re so happy to have this piece as part of our home now & I’m already itching for another project 😁 @ Charlotte, North Carolina

We made it through our first year of homeschooling! 👏🏻( round of applause, please, it’s no joke 😝)
Our school year was extended a few weeks since we took some time off upon baby Lucas’ arrival - one of many benefits of doing it from home 😉
But W O W what a difference just less than a year makes! He still has the same pose though ➡️ swipe to see 😂
I can’t yell it loud enough, I LOVE HIM & I’m so proud!! 🥰🥰
