GFSB and University of Gibraltar collaborate on student placements A collaboration between the Federation of Small Businesses and the University of Gibraltar sees students using their skills in real life work environments, while providing businesses with fresh perspectives and practical development ideas from students in the School of Business.

OTWO Magazine and the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses (GFSB) are delighted to announce that Marble Arc has been named the winner of the 2026 World Environment Day Shop Window Competition, marking an impressive second consecutive victory for the business following its 2025 success.

The competition, held annually as part of World Environment Day celebrations, continues to encourage businesses across Gibraltar to showcase their creativity while promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices. The initiative aims to demonstrate that sustainability can be integrated into all aspects of business, including visual merchandising, customer engagement, and everyday decision-making.

This year’s competition saw an exceptionally high standard of entries, with the three finalists being:

It’s been a busy week for AI in Gibraltar, with at least four events taking place. GFSB kicked things off with an ‘AI Clinic for Businesses’ in the Gibtelecom Conference Hall - GFSB House. Thanks to our event partners, Rock Learning and Ian Campbell.

New Govt website to register e-scooters to go live on 18th May.

Update on New PLET Registration System - Website Live Next Monday The Ministry of Transport has issued further information in reference to the new PLET registration system announced last week. The website, www.pletreg.gov.gi will go live on Monday 18th May 2026 with the price to register a PLET being £15 for one year.
