We are proud to share a special milestone for ARC Designs ✨

This past Wednesday, we had the honor of attending the official opening of Victory Suites, a service apartments development featuring 251 thoughtfully designed apartments.

As the architects behind this project, it was incredibly rewarding to see the building come to life and be celebrated on such a memorable occasion. The opening was officiated by the Honorable Chief Minister, marking an important moment for the project and the community.

We’re excited to share a glimpse of the day, along with photos of the building and selected apartment interiors that reflect our vision and dedication to quality design.

We’re excited to share that our proposals for the transformation of Lewis Battery have now been submitted for planning.
This remarkable site within the Gibraltar Nature Reserve has long been a hidden gem, and our vision aims to sensitively unlock its potential. If approved, the project would introduce Gibraltar’s first-ever butterfly park, create immersive nature-based experiences, and offer new opportunities to learn about biodiversity, conservation, and sustainable practices — all while honouring the site’s rich military heritage. 🦋

It’s a place where history and nature could come together in a truly inspiring way.

We’re delighted to share that our proposal for the reconfiguration of the Eliott Hotel terrace has been approved by the Development and Planning Commission.
This scheme will not only enhance the hotel itself, but also bring meaningful improvements to the public realm in this area - creating a more welcoming and vibrant space for everyone. Importantly, the heritage monument will now be celebrated as part of the public realm, giving it greater visibility and accessibility for the community.

A proud moment for the ARC Designs team recently as we visited Bishop Healey House — once a nursing home, now transformed into a contemporary luxury villa.

Standing together in front of a project that’s nearly completed reminded us why we love what we do: breathing new life into existing spaces, respecting their history, and shaping them into something extraordinary.

We’re thrilled to be part of this journey with Proseal, and we can’t wait to reveal the final result soon.

The session was led by Anna Maclean, CEO and Co-Founder of SRE, who shared valuable insights on how sustainability can be meaningfully embedded into architectural design and the built environment.
At Arc Designs, we’re passionate about integrating sustainable principles into our projects here in Gibraltar, and this seminar has given us fresh ideas and tools to continue shaping a greener, smarter future.
