The first Effutu Fitness Walk was a massive success! It was inspiring to see our community come together from our security services and artisans to the vibrant youth of Winneba, all walking for a better, healthier life.

Active Participation: Energy was high during our aerobics sessions at the Sir Charles

Wellness in Action: Our partners at the Municipal Health Directorate, Edu Herbal Hospital, and Sight for All provided essential screenings and eye checks to ensure everyone is fit for the month ahead.

Community Unity: We are building a stronger Effutu, one step at a time.

Get Involved, Get Checked

The Effutu Development Committee (EDC), in collaboration with the Municipal Health Directorate, invites everyone to our monthly Effutu Fitness Walk.

📍 Convergence Point: Winneba Traffic Light
🕔 Time: 5:00 AM prompt
🗓 Date: Every last Saturday of the month
🏁 End Point: Sir Charles

Enjoy a guided community walk, aerobics, exercises, competitions, and free health screenings by the Municipal Health Directorate, with eye screening and checks by Sight for All Eye Clinic.

🩺🪪 SPECIAL BONUS:
The National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will register and renew 10 NHIS cards for participants FREE of charge.

👥 Youth will also benefit from our Career Lifeline Session, interacting directly with mentors, CEOs, managers, philanthropists, security service officers, doctors, nurses, and pensioners for guidance and motivation.

This event is open to everyone in Effutu.
Come walk, check your health, learn, connect, and stay fit.
