For the first time I tried a mixture of two types of rice πΎ,Royal Umbrella and Taj Mahal Basmati rice π ππ ..
I'm not a fan of basmati but I tried this because I hear it slaps for fried rice and jollof,I'm yet to try for jollof but the fried rice was goooood ππ₯ ..

Want perfectly fluffy rice every time? Hereβs how:
1οΈβ£ Rinse your rice under cold water until the water runs clearβthis removes excess starch that makes grains stick.
2οΈβ£ Use the 1:1.5 ratio (1 cup rice to 1Β½ cups water) for most long-grain varieties.
3οΈβ£ Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 12β15 minutes.
4οΈβ£ Let it rest off the heat (with lid on) for 5 minutesβthis final steam makes all the difference.
