The Gbese District Court has dismissed claims of political persecution and entrapment made by Swedru-based socialite Abu Trica, clearing the way for his extradition to the United States 🇺🇸.

According to reports, the court has ruled that there is no sufficient evidence to support his claims, meaning he could soon be flown out of Ghana.

However, his legal team has been granted 15 days to challenge the ruling if they choose to do so.

In a major development, it is also reported that his cars, houses, and bank accounts have been confiscated as part of the ongoing case.
