VACANCY
1. HR/ Admin Manager
Summarily, he/ she will be responsible for the overall management of the organisation's human resiurce and building an effective organizational culture necessary for achieving organizational goals.
At least 5 years experience in HR practice, a relevant Bachelor's (at least) and a demonstrated ability to be in control are required to be shortlisted for this role. A postgraduate degree or professional certification is an added advantage.

2. Nurse-in-Charge
Summarily, he/ she will be responsible for ensuring that professional excellence is exhibited by and at a times in line with the corporate vision of the facility.
At least, a relevant Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5 years experience and a rank of Senior Nursing Officer is required.

A wholly-owned Ghanaian professional corporate catering company is looking for a creative Event Coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. As the event coordinator, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event
• Maintaining a working relationship and liaise with co-vendors, co-exhibitors and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Staying under budget while planning event specifications
• Assess an event’s overall success and submit report.
• Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline
• Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary
• Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports
• Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and co-vendors, final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards, etc.
• Effectively dealing with and assisting the sales/marketing team to close deals and get full specifications of client expectations.
• Anticipating and planning for different scenarios
• Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities
• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
• Maintaining a database of contact information.
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Requirements & Skills:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related programme of study
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Team-Oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or public relations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Client-Facing Skills
