Never get too attached to anyone unless they also feel the same towards you, because one sided expectations can mentally destroy you.

If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.

Some people want to destroy you because you're the only thing standing between them and the Lie they want to live.

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

Sitting and complaining takes the same amount of mental energy to get up and change it.

Growing up, I always felt like I had to be the best at everything
'Cause, I just didn't think I was good enough
And maybe if I was good at something, that I'd get recognition from that
But I quickly found out that I wasn't going to get the recognition that I wanted or that I needed
Because, people aren't perfect
And by not being perfect you sometimes can disappoint people
And with God, it's like He's perfect and He never disappoints
So I just get my recognition from Him
And give Him recognition
