As part of preparations towards the final examination (CTVET) for our final-year students, the Community One Police Division joined the Vice Principal in charge of Administration and General Services, Mr. Manasseh Ashie Nikoi, the school counselor, and Josh Training Institute to educate students on the pros and cons surrounding examinations.

The Police Commander, A.S.P. Mr. Samuel Tamokloe, together with Inspector Sabina Dabake, encouraged students not to be afraid of the police during the examination period. They advised students to write their exams with confidence and hope, while also cautioning them to avoid all forms of examination malpractice. They emphasized that any student found engaging in examination malpractice would face the appropriate punishment.

The school counselor, Ms. Annie Akosua Buakro, also took the students through effective preparation techniques before examinations. She advised them to take things calmly, have enough rest, and eat well in order to stay healthy and focused throughout the examination period.

Additionally, the school counselor together with Mr. Seth Adu Annorson, Deputy Director of Supervision and Monitoring at the Ledzokuku Education Directorate, Teshie, an Educationist and Counselling Psychologist, took students through the process of writing professional CVs and applications, as well as preparing for life after school. These sessions helped students gain a better understanding of how to prepare themselves to meet industry standards after completing school.

L’AINE HR also advised the students to make good use of the opportunities available to them that could help them secure employment in various organizations. The team further encouraged students to remain disciplined, stressing that discipline is one of the key qualities needed to secure employment opportunities and succeed in the world of work.

Josh Training Institute also shared information about some of their programmes and courses that students can pursue immediately after completing school.

As an institution, we remain committed to fulfilling the social responsibility and trust we share with our students, the Ghana TVET Service, and the PTA.

We wish all our students the very best in their examinations starting next Monday.
